Recently I edited some tileset and now I have a quite strange problem. When I am making a level in JCS everything seems to be fines, but when I run it in JJ2 something strange happens. The parts of the tileset that should be transparent (don't confuse with translucent) are black, while in JCS they are perfectly transparent. I think this has something to do with the palette, but I don't exactly know what.

I'm not exactly sure about this, but I believe that the first two colors of the palette are transparency. One is the weird blueish-purple and the other is pure black. Make sure you have both in there.
I know when I make tilesets, I draw them with black as the transparent color.
