Use more shading, just experiment wildly, if it doesn't fit, you always have ctrl+z.

Heres another pic I did. I tried to do shading and better colouring. I'm not quite sure what this pic is about but I like the way the handcuffs look.

Aaaah yes. It is a guy just put in handcuffs because he murdered someone. The pool of blood resulting from the murder can be seen. From his hand I can see he is 42, lives in california, and eats raising bran every morning
