A kind of interesting idea concerning JJ2/JJ3 and the anniversary...
Coming straight to the point:
As a big event for Jazz's 10th, we could make a JJ3.. for JJ2. What I mean to say is that we could take the story and the music directly from JJ3 to make a great single-player level pack, kind of like a replacement for JJ3... It sounds far-fetched, but it's definitely possible, I think. And it would definitely be a worthy thing for such a great year. What we'd have to do is the following: 1. We need someone to direct it all, which is definitely not me, as I suck at such things. 2. We'd have to find out whether the JJ3 mods actually work in JJ2 levels.. I don't have JJ2 on this computer, so I can't right now, unfortunately. 3. About the tilesets, I'm not totally sure, but would it maybe be possible to rip tiles from the JJ3 demo and modify them to fit into a tileset? If that doesn't work, we could still make our own... 4. Since JJ3 was never finished, there are still a lot of parts missing. Maybe even parts of story. We need people to do everything concerning those missing parts, story, music, tilesets. 5. Most importantly, we need to determine a team of the best level-makers we have. I know, you don't see me suggesting something like this every day, it was just a quick idea, but think about it: It CAN work. We have more than enough talented minds around here to make this project a huge success. So. What do you think?

Count me in
![]() I might come up with some ideas later, but for now I'll just say that's it's probably impossible to rip stuff from the demo (I mean, it's 3D and has lots of colors) but we can maybe edit the JJ2 sets to make them usable for a JJ3 remake. |

Interesting idea. If this project gets off the ground, I'd like to help. I'm sure I could do...something.

5. Most importantly, we need to determine a team of the best level-makers we have. [/QUOTE] What about we all look what our best level pack ratings were, so we can figure out which are the best levelmakers of us. To start, I got a 7.7 on my Beachtown Pack which isn't really great I guess.

UR only said the tileset idea wouldn't work. Not the WHOLE idea... |

Of course I'd do something. But I know myself, and I know that I can't possibly do all this planning and taking responsibility etc. Not alone anyways.
I'd definitely do what I can for the rest of the things that would have to be done..
