Sprite Ripper...

I didn't have time to post this when I released it but... this is only a BETA there will be more sprites in the next release and more versions of the game will be supported. At the current moment only 1.23 is supported. BTW: Feel free to upload this file and distribute at will as long as the zip goes unmodified(you can add a text document saying where it was downloaded from but nothing else). You may distribute, decompile, and dissassemble at will ( if you know how ).

EDIT: No license nor warranty is included.

That would be because no one has asked for it.

I'll see if I can dig it up.

Anyone have a screenshot of Battery Check? I've always wanted to see what it was like. Google Image Search turns up nothing.

One of Cooba's hoaxes used a Battery Check tileset.

I don't believe there's any animations in the full version that weren't in the shareware version of Battery Check, but I could be wrong. And as always, I lost my CD ;p

I don't think you can get your program to run with that Animaniacs thing.

Because it's structure is much more like the OEM versions of JJ2 than the official releases.

(I read the readme.)
Heres a screenshot showing a different kind of Sucker as well as the orange ones(one I haven't seen in the demo at least)

Oh, and can someone translate what the text says?

Yeah. I tried placing a few events in the BC demo and it complained about them using commercial sprites.

Whoot! Apparently someone near me had the full game(got it on a vacation)! Anyways, he lent me the cd, and theres some stuff which wouldn't be in the demo.
----------------------------------
Commercial events!
Radioactive goop- constantly dripping green liquid that hurts you if you touch it
A different 'door' sprite(in addition to the usual purple one)
Boss
Button(event used with the boss)
A floating screen showing the boss's head(his eyes follow you)
The boss
Red suckers
Moving floating platforms-Apparently what Batteryman is holding onto in the loading pic(demo and commercial versions)
Suckertube type thing
Freddy and empty/full battery animations that go with him
----------------------
I think thats a list of all the events not in the demo, I might be missing some.

Just some random blabber about how the game was made to make people more conscious about the fact that you should get rid of batteries the proper way. If you deposited 15 batteries at a local store you'd get the CD. Originally 50000 copies were to be made, but eventually it became 220000.
