Attn: Level designers
![]() This is how do you place Jazz Start Warps in the level's upper left corner. You don't need to fill the highest row of the level with warps. Place this exactly in the upper left corner of the level and it will work flawlessly. The tiles where the warps are must be unmasked and the tiles around it don't have to be masked. Thanks for your attention.

Well, say you have a CTF level. You can't put a Jazz Start there (because players will spawn there regardless of their team), so to make the level viewable in SP you use this.

Uhh, constantly playing MP intended levels in SP mode is NOT good practice, contrary to whatever you may think.
Honestly, if I wanted you to play my levels in SP I'd make SP levels...

So? Just host it online via Lan or Private Server. That way it would actually play in the way it was meant to and you'd be alone without anyone disturbing you. Layout or not, play it in the way its supposed to be played so stuff will actually work.

By stuff do you mean "Flags, Starting points, and correct hud" I'm pretty sure the vast majority of events work in SP.
I mean, I can understand if you want to have the level properly reviewed. But to go around saying "Thats not the way you're ever supposed to view it. Here's a method that gives the same end result just a few more steps to get there" to me is just being an (-). It's not like if you play it in SP the players know all of your deepest and darkest secrets. I mean JJ2 was never meant to have fanmade patches such as 1.23+ and yet I have not seen one person complain about Gry's patch saying it "Wasn't the way JJ2 was meant to be. If it needed to be fixed, it would have been fixed in 1999." or someone against Controller 4 with the argument "If we were supposed to be able to change things like music, the next level, and gametype in game JJ2 would have those features built-in".
