Another month over

I seem to have taken over the poll feature. Here’s last month’s results:

Favorite Jazz Jackrabbit Advance Planet?

Chameleon World – 11 Votes (11%)

Carrotopolis – 8 Votes (8%)

Icebox 3 – 14 Votes (14%)

Pollutus – 8 Votes (8%)

Chelonia IV – 5 Votes (5%)

I know nothing about JJA. – 51 Votes (53%)

Total votes: 97

Not as bad as I thought, but still the majority of voters know nothing about JJA. It is not too hard to change this. Do a little searching, find a cheap copy of JJA, find a cheap gameboy advance if you need to. I did.
Aside from 53% of us, it looks like Icebox 3 got the most votes. I personally found that planet bland and uninteresting, but I guess people have different tastes.

New poll up. Again.

Other: I don’t care.

If you don’t care there is no reason to vote. You’d have to care a tad about it if you are going to take the time to selet and option and click a ‘Vote!’ button.
If you don’t care however, you wouldn’t want to waste the time it takes to vote because quite simply you don’t care.

I think Ellioth’s point is not at all invalid. He may care about the community (and enough to vote) but not about the encyclopedia. In other words, he doesn’t have an opinion on its quality because he doesn’t need it. I think it’s a valid type of vote.

I think this section of the site is great. There are way more active games that don’t have it’s own encyclo, so I’m glad Jazz has! And I contributed in it, I remember that I edited the Jazz1 page and opened the Easter and Carrotus ones. You should know my vote now, don’t you?

ERE is already way better than the HLP wiki on Freespace. x-D

prevents Doomfrost from reading this

Moo!… How many different versions of Jazz are there? :-|

White Rabbit on 13 Oct 2005 at 15:10

Hehe, for multiplayer rabbits, the different combination of colours= X! where X stands for the total number of available colours….so…quite a lot. ;-P

Yay for not being able to delete or edit your comment. :-(

Correction: 4 versions, I think. JJ1, JJ2, JJ3 and JJA, along with all the different types of versions like HH94, TSF, etc.
