<i>*sigh*... new plan.</i>
The Orb flares, and the burst of red flame spirals into a void. The world shudders; lines of energy, forming a perfect grid, blink in and out of existance. Strange flames of white energy spread around the battlefield. The pyrotechnics fade away.
Orb used skill call, and from it used Gridfire!
Soala takes 2500 damage!
Soala is dead (and crispy)!
Rain takes 2300 damage!
Rain is dead (and crispy)!
Xion would have taken 2400 damage, but that damage is reflected to the Orb!
Tangent attacks three times!
Xion takes 1000 damage!
Xion takes 1100 damage!
Xion takes 900 damage!
Xion is dead (and crispy)!
The orb lowers from the sky, and enters Tangent's robe. Tangent, isofar as can be told, smirks and teleports away.

Man, I go to sleep, and the whole world is in chaos!
"What? NO!" Nadia calls out, but it's too late, Iso abducts L_G, and the Orb blasts everyone into a million pieces, then disappears. Nadia looks around the battlefield, seeing the dead bodies of some of Xion's clanmates, and the bodies of some of earth's greatest protectors, the Z-Fighters
"No one deserved this..." Nadia began, tears welling in her eyes. "NO ONE!!!!"
Nadia Overdrive Gauge fills completly!
"THESE PEOPLE SHALL BE AVENGED! BY THIS I SWEAR, I WILL SAVE THIS WORLD AND DESTROY ALL THOSE WHO THREATEN IT!!!!!"
Nadia's emotion's reach a fever pitch! Nadia has become Super Kuncklehead 1!!!
Nadia floats in the air, her power aura glwing around her, and her black hair suddenly turned yellow. "Time for revenge," she says, in a grim tone. Nadia lets out a mighty scream, tearing a hole between dimensions. She enters the hole and begins searching for her brother...
Vegeta senses a massive power level! "What...was...that???" he stutters.

"Uh-oh," says Kamikura, suddenly awake. "Did you feel that, Tracy?"
Tracy, who was sleeping next to Kamikura, said in a drowsy tone," Yeah, and I don't like it," She rolls and sits up, rubbing her eyes. "Guess our lazy time is over, huh?"
"Yeah," says Kamikura, his anger rising. L_G had died many times in the past, and this was just overdoing it...
L_G and Nadia wake up. Everywhere, was far as the eye could see, there was darkness. L_G swore, hitting the hard ground with his fist. "For the love of carp!" he says angrily, looking around for Nadia. She wasn't far away, and she too was angry. "I can't believe we failed..." she said between sobs.
"It's not over yet!" says L_G in a calmer tone, but still angry, "Once the Interceptor II is finished, Strato and the rest of hia army are done for! I've had enough of this. We're going to live our life without those guys breathing down our necks, and aren't going to stop us." L_G helps his sister up.
"Well, we were wondering when you two were going to show up."
L_G and Nadia trun around and see Jeanie, who has a happy look on her face. "The ship is this way," says Jeanit pointing into the darkness, "Follow me and stay close," she says as she opens up a portal to Animenia's Shadow Realm...

Back on the moon of another planet, a new fortress stands. It was under construction from the time the other went offline. It is under the command of Tangent, Rspss Fr's right-hand... ghost. It is currently constructing a secret device that will give the Peep Army and immense avantage.
Tangent walks across a catewalk above the construction bay. Far below, pounding autohammers mark the mass-production of guns and missles. Going further, Tangent crosses over a larger area, with sounds of welders and giant autohammers drifting from below, where fighters and corvettes are made. Going to the opposite end of this factory, Tangent stops. From below, teams of engineers drift across the floors and skilled workers make electronics. A large pylon is under construction, as large as three fighers. This device, once completed and hooked up to a power plant, can prevent any kind of interdimensional travel in the entire universe.

Xion, resting in a bed within his Gran Da Val base, mumbles something. Limping to get up, he types a few things on his computer. "Oh...my...god." Xion says, then winces from a wound on his right arm.
"Something must be done about this." Xion says, as a planal camera watches the ghost obsurver. A few more ticks in his computer he finds the orb, far away from Tangent's grasp.
"This...gives me an idea." Xion says, reaching in his pocket. He pulls out three objects: a swirling blue stone, a three-stringed harp, and a rod of sorts. "This should give me the firepower to take down that orb...and then Tangent with it."

Meanwhile, a pen with a written note next to it is taped to the TV screen. This pen contains the multiverse's last hope: an extremely powerful spell to end all spells!

Kamikura sweatdrops. "Out of all the items L_G put into this world, this has got to bwe the strangest," he says.
Tracy examines the sphere. "It seems to teach Pink Magic," says Tracy.
"Do you know anything about Pink Magic?"

<i>A corvette is a class of ship ("A fast, lightly armed warship, smaller than a destroyer, often armed for antisubmarine operations."- The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition).
Oh, and I should have mentioned the Orb's locational weaknesses and strengths.
Since it is in space, it is immune to wind, fire, and earth magic. It is strong against water magic, and weak against cosmos magic. The cheif engineer walks up to Tangent. "So, cheif, this is how the Pylon works, as of your request. The universe has a natural tendancy to resist dimensional travel. It tries to reject things moving through dimesions and send them back to their source. However, all spells and technologies that have the power to move between dimensions also have the power to overcome this. What the Pylon does isn't preventing the travel, it aids the expelling force to the point nothing can overcome it."
<i>This means anything can travel between the dimesions to the protected dimesion. It would just be instantly expelled to it's point of origin. So that means even L_G's magic plotdevice spell would work, since all it does is force through shields, not abolish the natural forces of the universe.

<i>Oooh. I forgot it is a type of magic plotdevice telescope I had never heard of before and you might of well made up on the spot. Sorry.</i>
No, it's just a regular telescope, like those obsurdly large ones you see scientists use.
EDIT: More info on Plotholes:
You know how in Bob and George, there are events that simply can't be explained? A Plothole simply punches a hole between dimensions, and it negates anything that may otherwise stop interdimensional travel. However, it is very dangerous to use unless the caster is a master od Glitch magic; It could do a lot of random damage and screw up the Space-Time continum if used incorrectly.
Which I fear is bound to happen since my fate rides on the shoulder of two knuckleheads. ^^;;

<i>But those ones scientists use cannot even see the planets around nearby stars, let alone buildings on the moons of the planets.

<i>Yes, a single portal between planes can destroy every plane in existance, or at least a couple million.
Tie a planeswalker to a chair. They won't <u>dare</u> shift planes with a chair...the chair would create a huge antimatter explosion, setting off raw antimatter (not contained, mind you) explosion, and this can spread like wildfire to the other planes, disrupting the fabric of time and, metaphorically, ripping a hole in time. Everything that has happened, will happen, or is happening...poof. gone in one careless retreat.</i>
Risp_old

<i>What happens when you shoot an arrow planeswalker and he tries to escape? Does the arrow destroy the universe? Why dosen't the air passing through the portal do the same thing as the chair? What happened to the planeswalker power to magically keep nearby antimatter from exploding? And, in that case, wouldn't that have happened already, with an infinate number of carless planeswalkers tied to chairs somewhere in the infinate universes?
@LG- sure, but that still won't work. As I said, unless this plothole eternally suspends the laws of the universe, you still would (*poof*) be transported instantly back to your point of origin.</i>

Jeanie opens a portal, and goes through it.
Somewhere, hundreds of light years way, was an ancient civilization, lost to both time and neglect. Jeanie arrived, and took a look around. "It should be around here somewhere..aha!" she exclaims. The writing was barely readable, but it said:

Jeanie casts reveal! The surrounding area turns black and white, and sparkles appear we hidden items are located. "I've found it!" she says with glee. Jeanie digs a hole where the sparkles were.
Jeanie found one X-Potion!
"Um, no..." Jeanie said, disappointed. "Maybe it's somewhere else..."

So, door opened.
Tangent, heavily scared, looked at the defeated guards' corpses and... err.. asked (?) Cooba:
"OMG HOLY **** What you did?!"
"Hmm, I tried to knock door to check what's in here, because I was interessed. It looks evil."
"You'll never destroy it! The Pylon is a holy machine and if you..."
"Shup, I've enough fighting. I'm tired. Guardians were a bit of challenge."
A bit?! - thought Tangent. - A newcomer, incredibly forced to defeat three strong guards, is standing in front of me and saying 'Shup' ?! And wants to destroy Pylon?!? NO!!1
"Fight, because you'll never destroy..."
"Who said that I want to destroy this portal, or whatever it is? Maybe I'm a bad guy?!" - screamed Cooba.
Tangert, more white than ever after revive, said only: "So.. come in..", and showed entry to factory. Cooba entered.
Door closed.

"Of course! The moat!"
Jeanie runs as fast as she can to Hyrule Castle. 'How could I be such a fool?' she thinks. 'It's in the moat! Zelda threw it in there before Ganon could get it...'
Jeanie arrives at the castle and jumps into the moat.

"Revenge? Who said anything about revenge?" Tia says, starting to fume.
"The one that killed me on my attempt to protect the planeswalker code. There's not much time left." Xion explains.
"Okay then. Diesel and Malta are in the back. They've been working at the courpse and have started the spell. You barely made it in time." Tia says, walking to the back. The candlelit room flickers off the living things in the room, but Xion is still in full color. "Hopefully our combined magic skill can make this go a bit faster."
Xion, Tia, Malta, and Diesel are all readying the shell.

"Can't we ask some other Planeswalkers for help, Master?" Diesel says.
"A few problems there, young apprentice." Xion begins. "First, I lost the radio. I can't speak with Olivar without it. Secondly, Rain and Soala are dead. They lost in an attempt to protect the Planeswalker code. You think they'll send more units after I lost two of their finest? No. Let's go." Xion starts to head for the door.
"Go where?" Malta asks.
Xion, with a smirk, turns around to look at the three. "Gran Da Val. My home base. We can obsurve Tangent from there." Xion mumbles something inaudibly under his breath, the only word Tia, Malta, and Diesel can make out is the word "peeps." Xion moves his fingers like he used to, then realises with a chuckle. "I...forgot how to rip." Xion scratches the back of his head. "I guess I need to meditate." Xion says, then turns around to exit the room but trips over his extended tail. Diesel rushes over to help Xion up. Xion and Diesel bow farewell to Malta and Tia. "I thank you kindly and greatfully. I don't have mu-" Xion says, patting himself down, then feels a large lump in the left pocket. "-ney.." Xion pulls out a small pouch filled with Gil. "Fifty thousand Gil. That should be enough to repay you for your troubles." Tia greedily goes to grab the pouch, but Malta holds her back.
"Repay us in the form of saving the world." Malta says with a wink. Xion silently nods, and exits the shop.

L_G, thank you.
Cooba entered the factory. The hallway behind main door seems to be ended with pair of stairs. But when he walked near it, he saw that one of them are locked by a solid metal grate. Then, Tangert pushed a brick nearby, and grate opened.
Ghost didn't want anyone of technicians to go down. He went there only with Cooba. The stairs were long, but they finally ended. It was very hot. Like in a factory or something like that.
Tangert pushed door that were at end of stairs. They opened. Cooba and ghost come through them, and they closed. Cooba looked back and he saw no door behind him, only the same concrete wall with the same bricks. (NOTE1 : Risp and Tangert has their own stairs to Factory Room) Then, Tangert come to door with label:
PYLON ROOM
Authorized Personnel Only
"Stay there" - says Tangert, showed him a corner of room. Cooba walked there. Tangert pushed a lever nearby door, and a comp voice said: "Authorization needed to enter Pylon chamber." Then, the laser beam blast from ceiling and hitted the eye-like shaped spot where Tangert is standing. Because of his transparency, beam went across him. Laser hitted the center of eye and started to detecting something...
"Authorization confirmed."
Door opened. Cooba was shocked 'coz of snareness of guy that built this security system... Tangert said to him: "Don't enter. I have to talk with master", and come across the corridoor leading to 'Pylon Room'.
Cooba waited for Tangert. Waited. Waited. Sleeped.
Sound of door opening awaked battle mage from dream. He looked at Tangert, but there was no Tangert. Instead, there was a tall man in a red shirt, black pants, grey with red stripes cape, black hat, and with blinking crystal in hand. Cooba thought: "Well, this should be this 'master' that this ghost was speaking about".
Rspss - because it was he - said to Cooba: "Well, you should be this bad guy that Tangent was speaking about. Hewwo. My name is Risp. What's your name?"
"Eww... Cooba. Call me Cooba."
"OK. Well, Cooba, Tangent said that you've defeated some guardians of this temple, while they were on medium-high alert. YaY. It is true?"
"Of course" - said Cooba. "You don't believe your own troop?"
"Oh..."
"Anyway. Are you the one that built this complex?"
"I wasn't alone. Some guys..."
"OK, thank you. Well, I must say, that it has very well security grid. Nice place to hide."
"Errm, we have something STRONGER to hide *cough*" - said Rspss, touching the label that say "Pylon Room(...)" with his finger.
"Oh." - told mage. "And what is this Pylon?"
"It's a machine. It protects the current dimension against being invaded. All things that tries enter it while Pylon works, are sent back."
To be continued...

"But I don't want to go to school today..." Xion sleeply mumbles. Xion opens his eyes and looks around. "Oh." A large anime-like sweat drop forms on the back of Xion's head. "I forgot. Life."
"Life of a planeswalker, Master." Diesel replies. "Now, we need for you to meditate and get your skills back."
"Actually, most of my skills are within a database on Gran Da Val." Xion explains. Diesel looks confused. "A large knowledge base...bigger than the sages. The only problem is that I put it all there." Xion grins uneasily. "But in order for me to get there, I need one of two things...Planeswalking magic..." Xion looks at the market below. "...Or a Telepipe. And I am quite sure Ivalace doesn't have that advanced technology to make one." Xion turns around and notices Diesel holding a small black object. "Where...did you get that?"
"Xion, I have a confession to make." Diesel says, ashamed. "I swiped a large amount of your stuff as we were meditating over the year."
"And a telepipe was one of the things you swiped?" Xion says. 'I'm not sure if I should be angry or happy...' Xion thinks.
"Yes. I was selling them on the black market. I was making quite a gil from it too. This is the only one I have left." Diesel raises it to Xion to hand it back. Xion takes it, presses the button, and throws it on the floor. "What are you doing?" Diesel says, distressed.
"Come on..." Xion says. "We have a pylon to take down." Diesel and Xion enter the Telepipe and shift planes and other things to the Gran Da Val base.
<hr>
"Hold...still!" Xion says, holding Diesel's ear. Xion puts a small object in Diesel's earlobe, and Diesel flinches. "I think it stuck that time."
"That hurts! Why would you want that in your ear?" Diesel says, fondling his ear.
"For skills, of course." Xion smirks.
Two hours have passed since Xion and Diesel left Ivalace. Xion put his chip in right away. Diesel, however, resisted the chip for an hour and hid in Rach's pen. The other hour was trying to brave the chip and get it implanted in his ear. Diesel didn't like getting things implanted in his ear...or implanted anywhere, for that matter. Diesel had three fears...Needles being one of them. Paranoia didn't help much, and also a fear of electrical shock was his final dread.
"Now what?" Diesel says.
"Now we wait. We wait for the magic to flow into our bodies." Xion explains.
"I don't want to wait...Wanna play a game of chess?" Diesel suggests.
"Sounds good." Xion says, then brings out a chess set.

<i>Thinking about it, when L_G asked me about the dangers of destroying the Pylon while it was still on and how stupid it was to make because it could severly damage the universe, I just realized (read: realized about a day ago and was too lazy to say till now) that that is mostly the same thing about plansewalking. "So..." Xion says, moving one of his pieces across the board. "How much did you steal from me?"
"Mostly small things, like potions and such." Diesel responds, moving his piece. "But I found a small cache of those small things that you called a 'telepipe.' Seeing them as useful technology, I swiped three of them. Two of them sold, but then I got a bad rep for selling something that is useless."
"Useless?" Xion almost drops his piece in the middle of the board.
"Nobody knew how to work them. And when they figured out how to activate them, they just made pretty streams of light. Nobody knew how to walk through the planes to Gran Da Val with them..." Diesel moves his piece. "Not even me. Mate." Xion looks at the board, stunned. A few hypothetical moves of pieces, but to no avail. "Dumb luck?" Diesel says with a stupid grin on his face. Xion nods silently. The computer screen flashes, and says one word: COMPLETE.
"Ah. Our skills have been updated fully." Xion says. Xion moves his hand in a small motion and rips a portal. Xion has a large grin on his face. Diesel moves his hand in the same way, and also rips a portal. "We are one in the same, Diesel. You are no longer my apprentice." Diesel smiles. Xion presses a few strokes of keys, and Diesel yawns behind him.

</i>With infinite planes and infinite universes contained within infinite dimensions, every possible outcome has been acheived. So in theory, an infinite number of pylons work without any disruption, while an infinite number have been sucsessfully stopped. Planeswalking is still possible, so we can only assume that a pylon would only severe a plane from every single other one, not completly eradicate all planes, which in short would have destroied everything in it's entirety. Your conclusion is unfounded. You are attempting to associate the Butterfly Effect with a plane being severed, stateing that similarly resonante planes would be severed too. While this may be possible depending on the efficiency of the pylon, you are only blocking travel from your plane to all other planes and vice versa, as shown by the fact that planes walking is still possible.</i>

<i>The butterfly effect works because when a pylon is successfully installed, anything within the plane becomes expelled out after a matter of time. They pylon blocks <b>INCOMING</b> walks, not outgoing. So shells that expire within the plane ship their souls out to another plane. But for every death within a plane there has to be a death in every plane, so that a jump is made. Overpopulation of a plane comes from one of two things, dumb luck or a blockage of a walk to a plane. And since the plane has no incoming souls, the shells are just that: brainless, souless shells wandering the plane. Nothing happens, and that's what Planeswalkers try to protect. See, we're protecting the entire fabric of time of the planes, not just one single plane.</i>
Risp_old

<i>Actually, the Pylon only adds power to the Universe's efforts to rebound incoming things. The Universe does not try to stop souls, because otherwise the souls would be unable to pass.</i>

Mar 4, 2004, 01:49 PM
<i>the butterfly effect doesn't work because ther're infinite planes, thusly some planes may have inifinite space with an infinite number of souls, while another may have 0.0...1 space and 0 souls. Thusly there is infinite number of areas for souls to go into, and over population is nary a problem. On a side note, every single person is a planes walker going by your theory. Anyway...</I>

<i>I already made those points clear: A plane with a pylon has no more souls in it, thusly making your 0.0 plane truth. Granted, there can be a plane with infinite souls, but hopefully this plane will never have to happen since we don't want all the souls within a single plane. That single plane could not contain that many souls, thusly the fabric of time tears. All those souls are lost, and more souls come to replace them. Where do the souls come from? The lost souls just get recycled. You put the souls in a huge hypothetical blender and they all get destroyed and recreated with new parts.
Needless to say, I'm quite sure this happened in the past.</i>
Risp_old
Mar 4, 2004, 02:16 PM
<i>Wait. Where did you say all the souls of a plane with a Pylon in it dissapear? I am sure I made an argument for all that stuff you were babbiling about how the Pylon would make the Plane eventually run out of souls (even then you forgot about beings that cannot die of old age), but I never saw anything talking about how all the souls would dissapear.</i>
Strato
Mar 4, 2004, 02:20 PM
<i>Apparently you agree that there are natural infinities so that makes this debate a lot easier. Anyway, time isn't a fabric as most people tend to beleive. It consists of cones and arrows, but that is completly off topic. An infinite number of infinite sized planes exist, and have since the begining. These infinite planes can infact contain as many souls as it wants because it has infinite space. Any one soul can go for infinity without ever contacting another soul. However there are also infinite planes without infinite space, and therefore and infinite number of souls are being hypothetically blended per infintecmal period of time, and causing no ill effects spare the unfortunante lost souls. My understanding of planes has about as much truths to it as yours, and we're getting no where, so I suggest we just end this battle........

<i>Last comment: Since the pylon "creates a resistance to planeswalking" and the only thing that resists planeswalking is the only thing that resists antimatter is matter itself. Thusly, wouldn't the entire plane make all the matter enhanced and killing off every shell within the plane because they would suffocate, or at least drown, and thusly making a 0.0 plane.
Now, back to our previously scheduled story.</i>

"There....There's my Lotus Mace!" Xion stumbles over his words. "Okay, so there. I see now." Xion rips a portal, then takes one last glance at the screen. "Knowing how dumb Tangent is, he'd put all my things together in the pile at once, so I find one I find them all." Xion pokes his head through and returns with his Lotus Mace in-hand. Xion gets flung back out of the portal and hits the wall. "What the..." Diesel says, confused and rushing to Xion's aid. "What happened?"
"It...seems the plane has been isolated. We have failed." Xion says, lowering his eyes. Xion's eyes light up, as if to realise something. "I'll be right back. I want you to monitor the pylon room." Diesel nods silently, and Xion hops into a new portal he ripped.
<hr>
Diesel lands in the Shadow Realm. "Now. Planeswalking from a plane of the dead...This may be a backdoor." A blast of something misses Xion narrowly. Xion turns around slowly to see a gigantic beast standing over him. "Hoooooly..." Xion says, and the beast charges up his beam. Xion rips a portal and jumps through it.
<i>Question: Since I am shifting from a plane of the dead and ghosts, should the pylon catch it? All planeswalking is the jump from one plane to another, by any and every means necissary. Xion is pacing. Trying to remember what Plan B was. After he was flung out of the plane the second time, he landed on his head. Knocked silly.
"Oh. I remember now." Xion says. Xion grabs a telepipe, activates it, and attempts to fling it into the plane through a small portal about six inches wide. "I hope this works. I threw it into the armory." Diesel changes the camera to the armory, where the telepipe is activated and showing Tangent right nearby. "Oh fudge."
