so my friend, who i was trying to find out where he could hypothetically find JJ3 online - but now do not need to as I recently found out he already has it, to my complete surprise and uninvolvement btw, was wondering a few things about JJ3.

1) battle mode- was it completed? Hw does one play with other characters? All that happens on his pc is just his character alone, he can explore the map and all, but are there supposed to be NPC characters or anything?

AND

2) Loading saved files doesn't seem to be working - a message comes up saying "failed launching URL, cant find file"
any help please (on his behalf, and all hypothetical instances of course - no need to tell me its illegal, i know LOL)

What would you expect? It's a pre-alpha demo game. Purely to show technical aspects, ideas and vision they have. It's far from the stuff they actually wanted to release. Also you can't expect anything to work, you shouldn't even have it.

Yes, ''we'' experimented in the past even added original Unreal code to make it work but we came to the conclusion that JJ3 is to defunct to have something worked out with.

Just ingore it and enjoy what you have.

-other characters: not included in "alpha leak"
-Battle mode technically is about 90% complete, the only flaws are no CPU's and the extreme difficulty in changing the max score. CTF works to some extent and Treasure hunt is 100% functional, unfortunately as not many maps are done you need to make your own (I have, god fun =P)
-The save file code is incomplete as it creates the file but the system files/codes that were done were not in the leaked alpha, but in all honesty, The path to the castle takes ~9 minutes to reach the end and the rocket path ~13 when you know ehere your going, making saving pretty useless anyway
