Your fascination with polls really doesn't pay off.
Anyway, I still lost you after the second sentence. Last edited by ElectroPiZZa; Sep 17, 2005 at 08:21 PM. |

He has a point. I have been making levels for a long time (well, it seems long) and not once have I figured out how to make stop enemies work. I always feel so incompetent.

Stop enemy's don't work like they shoud. What they do is they'll shoot off a tiny little bit of blue flame (powered up toaster) out to the right. Once it's happened, you have to wait ages for it to happen again. So it's not Unknown Rabbit or Bjarni, it's the event itself being named sopmething it doesn't do properly.

Here Bjnari,
The Stop enemy has got to be under and in front of the enemy to work. Do you understand? If you dont I will try to explain again. |

That's the Stop Enemy SCE, FOO.
Above and in Front? Turtle-> S [][][][][]S[][][][] Would that stop the turtle? |

The blue flame thing is an SCE. Can SCE's hurt you or destroy blocks?

If you want to stop the enemy the event has to be on the ground. That then makes the ground hot so the enemy can't walk acros it. This doesn't effect flying monsters (e.g Bat, Bee) or Bosses.
--- If you want the SCE, add a genartor and it will releace a long-range blue flame. Janus, I didn't try makeing it destroy blocks or enemys. NOTE: Do not use this on multi player mode, if it kills someone it causes an access violaton. |

Oooh, I wish Stop Enemies effected flying thingies. It's so annoying how they go through walls. Other games have flying enemies that treat walls as walls!
You can use all the SCE guns you want in Treasure Hunt, though. Ask Overlord. ![]() |
