You should say "Do not hit the guns out of my hands without using the Chaos Bat from short range." The Double negitive makes a positive and therefore nullifys the chaos effect desired.

You somehow break the Chaos Bat in an unknown way. It is no longer capable of swinging.

Which, I guess, means it swings itself constantly...
