The style fits quite well with the official Jazz jackrabbit, and your lineart is good, although your pencil colouring does look a bit flat. Try pressing harder with the colouring pencil in the more shady areas of the picture for a better depth. Additionally you can lightly add some black in the shady areas too. I find it even works well in cartoony pics too. If your colouring pencils end up making the same shade no matter how much you press on them, then get some quality ones rather than always going for what's always the cheapest. There are some decent cheap pencils out there though. I could go a bit more advanced with colouring, but this should do for a start.

Also some somewhat off-topic advice about storing pencils, keep them in a place where they wont be kicked around so often, and don't use bags. When you do, the led will more likely break when you sharpen and use them, I had that happen to my massive pencil collection when I was stupid enough to put them in a bag along with my drawings in it too, now the leds almost always breaks on just about every colouring pencil I have in there.

Thank you for the advices, I appreciate them.
Im glad that I color the picture, so I dont even think about shading, but I might give it a try.
