Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Online

My PC runs JJ2 and other 90s Windows games (i.e. Quake) at max 29 fps when in full screen mode and not at a 1080p resolution. I have a Radeon R9 270 and dual monitors. My primary is a stubborn jackass. any ideas?



or can you plz make JJ2+ do the impossible and run higher res? just kidding.
only jman could do cheater things like that. lol remember that kid? he always spawned with powered bouncy bullets and full fastfire every time and then would spam your damn MSN Messenger wanting to fight on that ladder we used to have once or twice a year (what the heck was it called!? ugh brain fart) and you'd be like NO LEAVE ME ALONE YOU FREAKIN MEMORY EDITING GENIUS

ANYWAY, back to my point, uhhh.
