My new RPG... Going On.

So, I dunno actually why did I make this (-) thread about my new RPG, that is actualyl not Jazz relative or anything. Anyways, the story goes like :

"Five of the ruling elements, fire, water, wind, earth and metal, were created by the Grand Elementalists. Always, the Grand Elementalists picked their "sons" or "daughters" named Warriors, and gave their powers to them. Warriors had also the name "Holders". Warriors took their own son/daughter and gave the powers, and became to Grand Warriors, then when they died, the sons and daughters picked new sons and daughters, and they became Grand Warriors, this continued long long time. Then, when it became to the new power age, Elema Age (The first age was Magi Age) evils got risen their power, from a scientist, who invented the Hoa-Magic, that was powerfuller than any single magic, but all the Elementalist Magics, together only could destroy the Hoa."

Then, game starts as Honzu, who finds himself from Island. He wanders a bit, and finds a village. At the Village, he continues to Deep Jungle, there to Volcano. He kills evil Shoujin, and rescues one "Holder" , Winds Holder, Falisu.
Falisu explains, that Honzu is the brave swordsman, who was ordered to defend Falisu. But their ship got wrecked, when they were going to Choru island, all the others died to monsters. Now these two go back to village, and chief says he will make his men to make a raft to Honzu and Falisu, so they can get to Choru Island, where they probably find Earth Holder.

So, that is my story's start, it will be lot longer, but that is as far I got it.

Don't worry about it not being Jazz related. But, I think the first question is how are you going to make this. Are you just going to pirate a copy of RPG maker or something? Or is this purely conceptual and not actually going to be a real RPG?

I am making it with RPG Maker 2003, which I have got freely from net, and I think it is Free Program. I am not copying neither any RPGs, this is whole me idea, and I draw everything to game myself. And in RPG Maker 2003 Info Text it says that "The User is free to use the games made by RPG Maker 2003, sell the games etc."

RPG Maker 2003 is not free. It is a japanese program pirated by others. That license only applies if you have actually bought the program.
EDIT- However, there is nothing wrong with first buying the program and then patching it to be english like I and many others have done with the latest installment RPG Maker XP.

Ok... in simpler terms:
RPG Maker 2003 is a japanese program.
Rpg maker 2003 is illegal to download for free.(AKA- Warez)
That info text is only for the people who have actually bought the program.
It is not illegal to first buy the original Japanese version and then patch it to english.

You can blame Don Miguel for Japan never releasing an actual English version BTW.

Indeed, and when the poor man started to support the idea of official english versions, everyone was too used to getting cracked ones.
It's starting to die out though, the newest version only has(when I was in the community at least) 2 cracks, both of which are pain in the necks to find, so most people did buy the japanese version and the english patch.
