Ok, when i search from j2o downloads whit term "sci fi", i get a massive number of tilesets... zero!

You could try making one yourself

There are some sci-fi tilesets out there though the ones I know are all not very good IMHO... someone should really try to make a real sci-fi tileset... but now that I think of it I have no idea what a good sci-fi tileset looks like

Future? Honestly, Sci-Fi is a pretty big genre. Can you be any more specific about what sort of sci-fi tileset you are thinking about?
