Jazz 2 Chat Bot

Hello,
I am working on J2CB a project that you run as a idle server. This project responds to "key" Frases that are said inside your server, Such as "Hello" "Whats Up" and other. I will make the project fully costomizable so that people can choose the frases to look for and how J2CB will respond to them. I will hope this will be released early January but i do not really know. Time will only tell.

Thanks, Txl Kill of J2HG

There's already one chatbot... Project Omega. I've released a new version from the old beta. Go and d/l it from my site. I'm also planning to add taunts said when you die and some other cool functions like to say the name of the player you roast. O thatone's already finished :P

The Alpha is now complete!

Bugs:
Can only have 10 things to listen for at this time.
Says the responce 2 times.

Good things:
Fully Changable to the Users wishes
Can add up to 100 more things it can say
Can use multiple Text Files so you can have up to Unlimited Ammounts of Question and Responses!! (Could have moods, Happy, (Mad), Drunk, Greeting, Holiday Spirit... What ever)

I am looking for alpha testers now so the first 3 get to test it. Leave your e-mail address if your one of the first 3!

Derby: Content fix.

w00t

Give me the source code and I'll increment the SpiffyBot.

*evil cackle*

Word and phrase recognition for strings is very very easy, you shouldn't have any troubles getting any chat bot going.

And btw, it's okay to have more than one chatbot, don't fight.

Just want to second what Spaztic said, which is that "Word and phrase recognition for strings is very very easy" because in C it's just a matter of strcmp and if-else statements.

Word

And also, the whole idea thing is a stupid fight. It'd be much more interesting to have many chat bots, so that you all would be forced to make them better. Competition is a good thing. Everyone make a chat bot.

Yes, that's why there is Overlord's own chat bot (Omega) and your own chat bot; Just because you make another chat bot it doesn't mean you're going to copy Overlord's work.

Txl kill, you misunderstood me, I did not say you were copying Overlod, I only said that both of your projects are chat bots, nothing more.
