uhh....not that i play jj2, but i wouldnt want to see a whole new wave of crashed servers etc. again and I doubt most people would.

*shrugs* As soon as the first server is crashed and there's proof, there's nothing stopping him from being banned forever, I'd say.

First of all, I'm going down? I don't play JJ2 anymore, so how your going to bring my down I don't know.

Secondly, if you got new toys to crash servers with, a simple update to the network filter and PeerGuardian and your blocked once again.

I'm not going to give into someone with threats. You won't be unbanned any time soon, and you have just proven why this is.

Officially, yes. See the list server forum.

But theres no chance of making me removing Orbitz IP from the ban list for my resources.
I have been called a Power Abuser for the years I've been here, I got to live up to my name at least once, I see no postive benefit to anyone of Orbitz presence on the list server and will only remove his ban if the entire community ask me to, but fat chance that will happen.

As far as I could tell, it was agreed to ban for one month (30 days), with additional months added for bypassing the ban. Maybe this isn't the best place to discuss it, but I strongly object to changing this to an indefinite ban without the agreement of the list server team or the community. If the decided ban time has elapsed and the banned user says that he will be good, there should be no reason to extend the ban.

Orbitz has shown a history of saying he will be good and then going back to his old ways, I dont think it's a very good reason to unban him just because he claims to be good again.
