Post Some JJ2 prototype screenshots

I've found some JJ2 prototype development photos. I don't know if they have been known for a long time or were forgotten over time, here are they anyway.
Notice the different diamondus tileset and the mountains in the background and also the speed trails in tubeelectric.

Since said site doesn't exist outside of that one page, it's not the easiest source to get a hold of, so I guess I might as well post the other shots too:

These pictures are awesome! But one question, where did you get hold of pre-oem screenshots anyway in the first place?

archive.org all but exclusively. Poked around the very earliest fansites, official sites, and (p)review sites I could find.

The blaster icon from pre-oem looks better.

Ah that is awesome but why would EPIC change many of their old tilesets which in my opinion look better than the final?

Noob, who? In my opinion a noob is a person who is a newbie or someone who is new to some work or something.

Not necessarily, a noob is someone who is either inexperienced or not very knowledgeable about a subject, so although it usually applies to people who are new to something, it's not exclusive to newbies.

I wanna say that the word doesn't mean that someone is stupid or whatever as most people know the meaning of that word. I think you want to say amateur atleast that is what I know.

The only aspects of those screenshots that I prefer over their final counterparts are the Marinated Rabbit background, 'drugged' Psych background, and the Diamondus ground tiles (usable thanks to Pyro & co).

The Inferno wall tiles look a lot easier to use, I'll say that much.
