Opening .j2b files

Is there i way i could play the .j2b files in a music player?

Not directly, but you could convert the .j2b files into another mod format such as .it and play those. There's a program you can use for that purpose, here.

1 more thing how do you record macros(.j2m)?

And is there a way to convert music files to .j2b?

No programs besides JJ2 itself play those.
