Would you please have it on .j2b? Jazzers how many times should I tell ya, that other then “j2b” doesn’t works for all jazzers, please stop uploading these stuff, they’re hard and annoying!

Hopefully, that should let you listen to some other music files with JJ2.

No, .mod won’t work either for my JJ2!

P.s. I forgot only admins can add more then 1 review!

J2b must be work, I think Blackraptor is right. I will not stop to upload in module format (now S3M), beacouse it’s good for JJ2, and you can listen it with winamp too.

A small pack of remixes (Or rather, combinations: he mostly took instruments from one song and used them in another.) by Tazar. I actually think they’re pretty good.

Fanomondus:
Diamondus with Fanolint’s instruments. An interesting mix, but a bit could be done to improve it. The melody could stand to be a little louder, and maybe the pitch lowered. The snare drum is supposed to be used in a higher pitch than it is. Sometimes a low snare can be used very well, but it doesn’t seem like that here. The saw also sounds a little off-key. If you fix these things, and maybe throw a little variation in, this could be a good remix, though!

Megairtemple:
Megairbase with Turtemple’s instruments. I think this is the best out of the 4. The instruments are used very well, and I can hear a bit of variation from the original tune. Very good job!

Scrapivo:
Medivo with Scraparap’s instruments. Another good remix, I like the way the drums are handled in this one. However, the saw’s pitch needs to be lowered a little near the end, where it gets really high. Otherwise, great remix!

Slugelectric:
Tubelectric with Sluggion’s instruments. This one falls a bit short. The way you can only barely hear the main melody really bugs me in this one. Also, where the “explosion” is in the original Tubelectric, the flutes sound sort off key. Sometimes, it’s better to stick with the original instrument.

Altogether, a very good music pack, with a few shortcomings. I don’t really know what to rate this, though.

No, you have to have a special music system of JCS, don’t remember it’s name, tough.

Works well for me.
These are VERY good remixes! The way the different samples are used in the place of the original’s is great.

Megairtemple: Sounds just like Megairbase, but better. Feels like the temple is floating in the sky or something. Still short and reptitive, though. But’s still good.

Fanomondus: My favorite. I like how the guitar samples are used in place of the, ummm…flute-type samples. It’s not as loud as the original, but it’s my personal favorite. Five stars!

Scrapivo: This is good stuff. It sounds like a mechanical castle, and a lot more upbeat and less gloomy than the original. It’s awesomeness rivals that of Fanomondus.

Slugelectric: It’s good, but not as good as the original. The guitar samples aren’t loud enough, but if they were louder, it would sound more like the original Tubelectric. That doesn’t mean it’s bad, though. Keep it up!

A 9.5 for originality and good-soundingness.

To make objective review, it must be compact of lot of subjective reviews. And my subjective feeling is “I don’t like it”, “It’s only badly resampled” and “Allen knew why he used right those samples”. UNDERSTAND?[This review has been edited by Danyjel]

(Unsupported rating removal edit. Please provide more detail in your reviews – all you have done here is say “these are not the original files”. I think I already mentioned a few other things you can discuss while reviewing remixes – or look at the below review. Whichever. ~Violet)[This review has been edited by Violet CLM]

Ah, music. Time to get nasty with a review. :P

First of, music is always welcome. Especially remixes, but that leads me to my main gripe: these aren’t really remixes. Just samples from one song slapped onto another song. No extra channels, no new rythms, just different samples. To top that off, it ain’t the first time somebody has done this.

Then again, this is one of the better attempts, so I guess that warrants a whole review from me.

Megairtemple – nothing spectacular here, the samples sound okay. It just could’ve been so much more. :\
Fanomondus – definitely the least best of the pack, most likely because of the snare being used as a tom and the use of a guitar for the main-melody.
Scrapivo – a real shame here, as using different samples kind of takes away the bombastic feeling of the original. This is were more channels and a few added melody-lines could’ve helped. The drums are nicely handled though.
Slugelectric – At first, okay. But then the use of the flutes… that kind of ruined it all. :D Shocking your audience is good in music, but this is just irritating.

In conclusion, good for a listen but nothing that’ll rock your socks. :\ Come on, I know you can do so much better than this! :D
