Yay, it works now!
Admin people, please delete the non-functioning upload, then it will be as it should be.
It’s not bad, but…
-Too many enemy’s
Yup, that’s all. D/l!
Well, i’d like to start with a comment about the name: “Here at long last” is not really a good name for a single player level pack, is it?
Anyways, the pack contains six levels using the following tilesets: Hell (two levels), Carrottus, an palette edited version of Carrottus (of which i forget the name :-) and last but not least Tube Electric.
And i’m honest, the first four levels didn’t impress on me much. The design was quite dull (plain running, hardly any obstacles or real puzzles) and eyecandy was pretty much non-existant. But, surprise surprise, the quality suddenly rose up in the last two levels (the music from Jazz1 is also NOT included! Very bad!). Those two Tube Electric are quite funky and fun to play. Another thing to mention is the general enemy overflow in some areas of certain levels.
But well, if i take the pack as a whole i think it’s still defenitely WORTH THE DISKSPACE. And it’s six levels, which is quite a lot. Yeah, you get seven lucky points from me, BD! :-)[This review has been edited by Aiko]
good and funny levels. and eyecandy good to.
but there are too many enemy’s.

Wow. Aiko used a capital I. ;)
And he made an error :) The palette edited version of Carrotus, which is called Thermal K1, is included in the zip. Only the music for the last 2 levels (song2.s3m) was missing. Aiko, if you don’t know the name of something, ask me :P
OK, now that i’m here i might as well review it anyway.
Good levels, a tad linear. Too many enemies? Not for me at least. :)

well now its my chance to review :)
-boring lvl layout *boring landscape, lineair, big runtrough, bad use of layers. (5/10)
-bad pickups placement *some weapons, no food :(, dull secrets. (6/10)
-boring enemies *only 2 or 3 different enemies per lvl, which is normally ok, but when running into 6 sparks at once or 5 lizards gets kinda sh…(6.5/10)
-average story *well ok i wont take this in my ratign but i’d like to say that this story is just another lets save the world story before it blows. ok it is better than MY stories :) (x/x)
-some stuff not included in .zip-file
i missed music in the last 2 lvls, always make sure u have put in everything. (boo/boo!)
overall rating: 5,8. since u cant have a 5.8 ill make it a 6
IpDope, in a pack, there are NEVER Too many levels. It’s good if there are much levels, that’s more variation and fun!
I didn’t say that. I say there are too many enemy’s, not levels!
TOO MUCH ENEMYS !
Heres my review:
Level1:
Enemies: Too many. And it’s a bad idea to hide enemies or put them , where they can easely reach you, like a bat near abowe the second v-poles, or raviens, hiden under layer3.
Events: Nothing special, average.
Gameplay:Too hard, because of enemies. And its only playable by Spaz.
Weapon plasement: only bouncers, but bouncers realy fit in this level.
Peculiarityes:none.
Rating:5.7
LEVEL2:
Enemies:Not so many, like before.
Events: More hurt events, which make this level better.
Gameplay:Normal.
Weapon plasement:The same.
Peculiarityes:None
Rating:7
Level3:
Enemies:Average.
Events:Little.
Gameplay:Good, a nice level desing.
Weapon plasement:Only fire.If this goes on, this pack will get 8.0 from me (coes if you make a pack, you must put one or to types of weapons in each level(Not more)
Peculiarityes: a wery good level(after the previous two)
Rating:8
Level4:
Enemies:Not bad, exept the place, wheres a lot walking lizards.
Events:Average.
Gameplay:It,s strange to see a perfectly still lava ponds, and you can even walk on some of them.Als, theres a 2 dragon hall, in which if you fall, can only get out by Spaz.On the other hand, the MEDIVO elements realy do fit with CARROTUS.
Weapon placement:Good, althow the extra live is easely reachable in tha level.
Peculiarityes:A very nice level.
Rating:7.7
Level5:
eNEMIES:too much.
Events: Average.
Gameplay:Too hard. Why even in god mode i barely past this level, and you must add more carrots, or savepoints. Also, theres only 1 safepoint, and its not so easy to reach it. This level is good only for people like Aiko, Evilspaz and other prous.O, and the music isn’t included in this pack.
Weapon plasement: only freezers.
Peculiarityes:Despite the hardnes of this level, I realy like the lovering things. But, maybe< im a lozer (sorry, addicts), and didn’t saw this thing before. Still I like it.Also, the text is very original.
Rating(now, I know, its not fair to lower the rating just, because the level is hard, but, still, I vont give 10.0)So the rating is 9.
Level 6:
Enemies:TOO MUCH.
Events:Little events.
Gameplay:Again, very hard. Its almost impossible to fight in the dark.
Weapon placement: only homing missles.
Peculiarityes:The text is pourer in this level. But original too.
Rating:7.7
Tileset:Not yours, won’t rate this.
Rating:N\A
Readme: Just plane ol readme.
Rating:5
Final rating:7 [This review has been edited by GAMER]
