Why I can't get downloaded JCS level working
if anyone else knows anything about that please tell me thanks

What do you mean by "can't get it working"? Can you not open it in JCS? What happens? Does it want a password? Or does it not appear in the Home Cooked Levels list? What happens when you open it in JJ2 using command lines? Do you not have the tileset? Please be more specific.
