Palette Program
I recently found this program. I didn't really test it much, but it looks useful for people that don't have PSP and also don't want their tilesets to use the standard MSPAINT.EXE palette.
It's some sort of program that converts a 24-bit bitmap into a 256-color bitmap with a custom palette. |
