I don't know if that was known before, so sorry if I'm posting something unuseful that the community knew ages before.

However, today I experimented around a bit with MCEs and SCEs or whatever that stuff is called.

I did the following in a "research level" (you know what I mean I guess): I put a pulze light with speed 110 on an empty tile. Nothing happened when I tested. 2 tiles to the right I put a bomb crate with Num Event 1 and Event Number 110. As I tested I got one frame of Jazz, the JJ2 logo and some changing letters. It looked cool so I did EXACTLY the same in level 2 of my episode. But as I shot the crate I got a caterpillar?!

What happened?

Do the level has other caterpillars than crate one?

Yes. Does that matter?

If event itself appears in other place, but in same level, instead of fancy MCE you got another Caterpillar. Same with other events, e.g. you want to place a bee in crate, but you don't want neither MCE nor anywhere but in crate, hide bee in inaccesible place.

If you don't want Caterpillar in crate, remove Caterpillars from level.
