Did anybody know god tilesets of an hospital and subway? I also need dark sets of a town and wood. I've searched the archiv but didn't found something.

Mega Megatropolis comes close to that description. I'm not sure if it has hospital tiles though.

I don't want subway/metro tiles in one tileset
I need a subway/metro tileset, a hospital tileset....

Well, there are no tilesets with a hospital/subway theme that I know of, so unless you want to create your own I'm afraid you have to choose another theme for your levels ^^
