Now that the original JMMB has passed away, is the JMMB 2 going to come into play? (sorry for the cheesy rhyme; I couldn't resist)

Who has the power to start this up? and will it even be started up?

Of course it's probably useless to ask this when it's not in use yet. Oh well.

May the JJ2 community survive!
