As far as I know, Mod Archive is one of the best sites to get mod music if you search hard enough. If only they had a better search engine and a section that lists the top mod tracks by genre. It's a shame that traxinspace.com didn't last. There's also Modplug Central if you don't mind sorting through mp3's and other types of files.

What about game musics? like theres mech3 from Unreal Tuornament in Assault3, and i have seen many more too..

You can use programs like MODplug Tracker to convert Midis of game music to Mods, but they usually end up sounding bad.
If you have SNES music in mind, there's a program called OpenSPC. Derby: URL removal. You may not link to gray-area sites.

Good luck with that. If worthy mod tracks from other games were found, chances are they would've been used already. Ok, so that's maybe true, but go find your own music.
