-Go on public server and search for talented players(This the best way),
-Try to convience some players to join your clan,
-Train your members,
-Try to get alliance with good clan.

Hehe, I was wondering the same thing Chip. I would hope Cracco doesn't talk trash about me in CTF, even though I can't stand the codes adn I suck, and blah blah.

On small levels a coherent team can pull it off without it of course...
I definetly agree not to over do it, cuz it can become useless, and can affect the gameplay...

LR even had tons of own teamchat noone else knows.
