In the single player pack "Agent Jackrabbit", The Jungle levels, you 'surf' the belts, instead of just standing there. Since the levels are passworded and the author doesn't respond:

HOW do you make these belts where you 'brake' all the time, but still move forward?

Have you tried Wind events?

I'm not sure, but that could be it.
