C<!---->C Vs. 8D
Round 1:
CC - 5:3 - 8D Line up: Grytolle, Vegito and Chiyu for CC and Vivando, Yasco and Squirrel for 8D Host: Sweetwct. Level: Happy Semiconductor. Colors: Read up ;p 1-0 scored by Vegito 1-1 scored by Squirrel 2-1 scored by Grytolle 2-2 scored by Yasco 2-3 scored by Squirrel 3-3 scored by Vegito 4-3 scored by Chiyu 5-3 scored by Chiyu Vegito: Well, this was the first round, but CC kinda dominated the game except for 1 part. 8D scored twice after eachother. It was a good game after all, not too much lag ![]() ![]() Round 2: CC - 5:2 - 8D Line up: Grytolle, Vegito and Chiyu for CC and Vivando, Yasco and Squirrel for 8D Host: Enigma. Level: Happy Semiconductor. Colors: Read up ;p 0-1 scored by Squirrel 1-1 scored by Vegito 1-2 scored by Vivando 2-2 scored by Vegito 3-2 scored by Chiyu 4-2 scored by Chiyu 5-2 scored by Grytolle Vegito: Well, round 2 is played. This time, there were no troubles at the start AT ALL. Actually, everyone got online just in time. Finding a good host wasn't a big problem either, Enig came on when we just wanted to search one. ![]() 4 and 5-2 were made fast then. ![]() ![]() I hope you didnt have too much lag, I didnt really lag at all. Except for a 3hk or something, probably RF ![]() GG guys, it was fun to play with you ![]() Yasco: *Didn't want to give a real comment yet.* Squirrel: GG, you guys were just better ![]() Grytolle: Let me start off by saying that it was a great game. It wasn't as close as yesterday, but still one of the best games I ever played on JJ2. I think that we got the first score, but then when 8D had scored 2 points (so it was 2-1 for them) I got a bit worried and somewhere I managed to find some extra focus. I don't know what it was like for the others on my team, but at that time I started thinking more offensively - by defending our base a lot, which payed off quite soon as veg, the flagcarrier, scored within short, by Chiyu's nice kill. Then after that we somehow managed to score one point, perhaps 5 minutes later (?) on a 3hk. You could literally feel the frustration amongst the 8D'ers as they saw the game slipping out of their hands. After yet some more time either Chiyu or Veg scored once more, and I finished the game off by rushing a score. Back to where I started; it was a great game. I feel happy that me, Tom and Jorie, seemingly, form the best team on JJ2 atm - and personally I am content that I know can handle all the aspects of 3v3 (killing, being ready and being ready to score). Lastly... CC FOREVAH!!!! (shaneY, snz and MaV is coolah too) (AND ALL OTHER CCs) Vivando: Though I'm sure this was probably our last chance to show anything or well I might have that j2mc match against Gry and LB still in the future(50% chance) but I'm being pretty...neutral because I feel like I wouldn't have ever played better in semi and that I felt I did everything at maximum. Also I'm glad that while I didn't score at last round, I could finally at least score that one point =S. End...(I think). Chiyu: I was kinda worried about this game, since we haven't played together much as a trio lately. My expectations were right; this was one of the hardest clanwars I ever had to play. During the first we were kinda equal, up till 2-3. But then we scored three times in a row (one by Veg, two by me) and won with 5-3. I didn't like this round much because there were a lot of lagclones ![]() The second round went much smoother, and was also much more enjoyable to me. Again, it started rather equal (at one point they were even leading with 2-1 to us!). But then Vegito got a really nice point after Gry cleared base and I e-killed, and we were back on track (2-2). One of them got a 3hk and I quickly scored, giving us the upper hand once again. Not long after that, I scored the 4-2, but I stayed on base. I defended, killed both attackers, and so Grytolle was able to score the 5-2 about 20 seconds after the 4-2. I'm glad that 8D took this well, GG! Last edited by Vegito; May 7, 2006 at 09:17 AM. |

For the record, it was Grytolle, Vegito and Chiyu for CC and Vivando, Yasco and Squirrel for 8D.
I would like to point out that in the middle of the game 8D was better than us for a while, and I was really worried. |

Well, thanks to sweet for hosting anyway because I think the lag couldn't be reduced a lot with another host either.

And about the TC problems, I dont think it was because of lag, more because of a bugged JJ2. Quote:
So I missed some information, yes ;P I'll edit it. xD And indeed, they were very good at one point. It only took 3 or 4 minutes, but they scored twice there, and almost even 3 times. :P |

Our first score was before in the 2nd round btw. I remember that clearly and that you were pretty silent about it, and then I remember Veg saying: yaaya, once you scored and game was right 1-1. Although who cares..
And got to say about the 3hk that I was in the very right corner while that happened, and I still played all on. You had that 3hk too but then...
