JJ2 has bugs that other people have been able to exploit when you host a server. If you are running version 1.23 (not TSF), you can try using NeoAntiCrash (download here) to prevent the game from crashing.

Today i have had three times an "acces violation". Two times I host and one time i joined a game

but: JJ2 TSF is not so buggy, that someone can hack your PC, while you are playing?
