I just recently got jj2 on a used computer that one of my friends gave to me it had jj2 on it
when I start up my game of jj2 it says that it's v1.00, some level order is diffrent from the speedrun there are no videos, is there a patch to fix this??? Is this even a valid copy?!? |

No, it's actually a beta version. It's common to find those JJ2 betas (aka OEM versions) on shipped computers. Because it's a beta, you can't patch it.

There is a slight difference between Jazz2 OEM Versions and Non-Betas.
So, for example: If it's 1.23 or higher the Jazz2 menu Sprite (higher left corner) will look like this: And if it's 1.22 or lower then it will look different. And it tells you the version of the game in the bottom left corner. If you don't have 1.23 my best suggestion would be checking ebay. And, of course, (before I forget) you need to patch the game to higher the version number. (The game that the disk comes on is usually 1.22) |

so what do I do now?
There are a few advantages with this though... in the speedrun theres no submergable water that you can swim in this has it, I wonder why the submergable water thing got dropped disadvantages that i've run into access violations are way to common while playing multiplayer no ctf no network only one stage for devil devan (dragon stage)
