realistic point of view: I see nothing but "Jazz in danger" and a silicon duck

photoshop view: nice effects

Actually I am also a PS newbie, I don't know if I can do the same stuff cooba did

On a more serious note:
The effects in the image are pretty awesome, but I suggest to keep as many shapes as recognizable possible. And maybe a slight hint to what you mean with "Jazz in danger".

Don't you get it? It's a reference to 1920's and 1930's Jazz being in danger from that 1940's Big Band Drug Poppin' sound
