If the game's color depth is set to 8-bit, it saves it as a *.PCX file.

For 16-bit, it's *.TGA file. Some computer don't have the program to open *.TGA file. Usually, Microsoft Office comes with a Photo Editor.

But don't keep pressing F12 many times, you'll eat your harddrive space

But it starts and overwrites the first file along the way if you start Jazz2 again.

there is another way, and this works on any computer, 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit, or 64-bit. you put JJ2 in window mode, and hit the "print screen" key. then go into paint, and select the edit menu, and click paste. the image will appear. you can edit it and save it as you like. (btw, this works on any application, not just jazz.)

In that way, you won't get the palette, if you are picky like me

Because I want to control the palette, not Jazz2 or JCS.
