Is there a JJ2 tool for auto-responding chats?

Like in Omega, you can have this text file which you update to make it replace the typed string with any other string, as attached to it in the file.
Is there a program that if anybody types any text at all that contains the word documented in the text file of the program it automaticly responds?
If there isn`t, it would be extremely useful for idle server people, so they can respond to questions without having to actually respond...

Technically you could just put up a FAQ website for such questions and answers, but if you're looking for a responder, I believe Ahat was working on a similar thing.

oh, sorry, didn`t know that this was a Frequently Asked Question...
do you mean he was working on as in not published, or working on as in updating another version of it?
