Hello , i've a question to all administrators and JCF Members, how should add
the "former username" feature in my options list ?! here is a photo that shows
a member got it :

I need that option because i've a former name so if you post a quick comment it will be great !

You can not set that field yourself. If you request a name change on the JCF, that field will be used to allow people to recognize you after your name change.
