JJ1 Sprites, palettes, animations and events
IMHO the Jazz Jackrabbit 1 is very poorly rendered into the realistics of Jazz 2. It's too inanimate, there are a lot of palette errors, there are no JJ1 enemies
![]() (of course I'm generalizing here, I don't want to offend some good efforts out there) My question is: how do you get the content from JJ1? Including all the animations, proper palette and events (including enemies with their proper animations, and... since we arrived to the times of JJ2+ and Angel Script, perhaps, their proper behavior)? |

Eeeh, the reason why I complained about JJ1 conversions is because that would be a natural source for someone who would like to experiment with its graphics. For instance I was interested in Tube Electric set, but the existing conversion is very weird. The most annoying part about it are the visible palette errors, like in that background bricks where some elements have different colors than others. The animations seem incomplete and there are no enemies. So I came to the conclusion that if I want to make a good JJ2 level using those graphics I better get that JJ1 content myself. Now the only question is how do I do that (in the proper way to get everything 100% correct)?
