Please make it so that left mouse click = fire button too. It's very awkward to move around with right hand arrow keys + shift for teleportation, but also need right hand mouse clicks to select stuff.

Is there any key you'd want to use for right clicks?

Since right click is used for deletion, I would suggest the delete button .
