I prefer battle most. I'm also not bad at Treasure, but that isn't that fun. And CTF....well, that's another story...

Yay Survivor! So far, I'm the only one who voted fot it. But I cant blame you if you voted for something else. Survivor isn't exactly a classic yet. In fact, there were only about 17 survivor levels ever made and 9 of them came from me

Actually, it's weird, but I didn't *hate* hotel levels. I found that much like Internet companies, they had some innovative ideas. I did, however, dislike methods of segragation such as ice mazes (unless they were just for the challenge) and clans that gave their members the royal treatment. Inventions such as full-fledged pinball games or mazes paved the way to today's levels such as Wind Meister and like Silicon Valley's fallen innovators, were deservent of the crap they got (arguably) but were also innovative in some ways. City levels, for instance, I enjoyed. I also enjoyed levels with good graphics. I gave hotels a pity vote and they deserve it. Long live mazes, DIE DIE DIE

Well, I really like SP, but I voted Race. GO RACE!! (After all, I made 12 race levels)
I also like Treasure. I'll say it once again. BlurredD's treasure levels are some of the best I have ever seen. Make some more, please! (Hey, you did call it 'volume 1'.) Some of these modes I have never seen, but they sound interesting. Also, nothing can beat a good battle. But ppl. seem so fond of the letter 't' on their keyboards these days. (If you know what I mean, but hey, I use it a lot too.) Oh, but I aint dissin CTF just 'cos I didn't mention it. Perhaps a mode I don't play enough in, but awesome in its own way! Heck, if its a Jazz level then its good. And there was ONE good hotel level ever. Or, chat level would be the better term. Anyone remember Chat Dreams with the MEZ1 tileset? It was HUGE (but incomplete when I played it). It was designed for exploration, and had AWESOME eyecandy. (Much unlike the modern newb hotels, which have gained the genre a bad name) AJ2f

treasure, then race, then CTF
oh, and assault is cool, if that counts everything else is pretty worthless IMHO |

OK, let me set some things straight... Survivor is not LMS!
LMS is played in Battle where you try to kill everyone else in the playing area so that you can win. Survivor is played in Treasure where you try not to fall in the warps at the bottom of the playing area and try to make everyone else fall so that you can win. Does that clear things up? I could add some pictures ![]()

ET invented Survivor, originally called Ground Force...

The last time I checked, Survivor and Ground Force were the same exact thing. I made my 9 survivor levels based off of ET's Ground Force level. They both have destructable scenary and warps at the bottom, hence they are the same.
Oh, and I wouldn't know about your "Survive" CraccoBoy ![]()

Oh boy if you think JJ2 Hockey is crazy you should see Starcraft Hockey. If you have Starcraft, ever play SCV Hockey that stuff is nuts!
Gotta Love those Triggers! Well Assault yeah I guess I forgot to add that, yes but I never played Assault be4. What is Assault, I forgot what it was.

Craccoboy invented "Survive", which is something similar to LRS, but different.
ET invented "Ground Force", which somehow got the name "Survivor" attached instead. They are two different things. |
