Mysterious Keyboard Problems
Something weird has been happening lately on certain levels on Jazz. This is on very few levels, but on some of them my keyboard doesn't work the way it's supposed to. An example is when I go into Violet's Updraft level. The second I start playing, I move around like most people would. Although, my keyboard reacts slow to pressing. I would press the jump button, and the keyboard reacts about 0.5 seconds after I press it. This is very annoying, and prevents me from playing. Again like I said, only certain levels or certain areas. Another example was when I was in this one level. I went into this little room, and only in that room my keyboard would react in that way. So far I haven't been able to fix this strange problem.
So if anyone can help me with this situation I would appreciate it.

Sounds like a framerate or memory caching problem. Those issues do affect user-action responses in some way or another.

I've never seen this before, but it seems like it's related to certain events (because it occurs in certain areas in some levels). In the levels that have this problem, and the areas that have this problem, are there similar or the same events?
Where can I get Violet's Updraft level? I'd like to try it and see if this effect occurs for me.

Maybe these weird areas contain some certain tiles which slow down the jj2. I've never seen anything like this either.

No, there weren't lots of people in the servers, and I don't think it could be lag, because after the button starts to take effect, it runs smoothy if I keep pressing it, for example the Jazz ear-copter button. I also don't think it does this for other people, because the server never noticed it.

Hmm it's not a lag problem, not a keyboard problem, not a windows problem, not a memory problem which leaves only one thing... There's something wrong with the level. How fast computer do you have? Post your system here.
Ex: Pentium 2 300 MHz 256 MB RAM Voodoo 3 2000 video card Sound Blaster AWE 64 Okay that's my system. now yours?
