Home Planet: Noctera. So called because a dark magic keeps the planet in perpetual darkness.

He revived Devan Shell and Shell now is Iguanus' lackey (or one of the lackeys). He causes new trouble in an idea I'm thinking of. If anyone wants to do a fanfiction, fangame, or whatever, email me and I'll give you some ideas. Just remember to mention me in something like "idea by". Thanks.

Err... why? People have posted the profiles of bad guys in the everyone's characters thread before. Just because it is a villain dosn't mean it isn't a character. Or did you make the thing seperate for a different reason?

Ah. The trick is, now make a story about him.

Well, I have some ideas... but no real big story just yet (I mostly write Sonic fanfics, and have yet to make a Jazz fic).

How about a short story of how Iguanus revives Devan:

In the dark planet of Noctera lived an evil iguana sorcerer. He was dressed in a dark druid robe, and had knowledge to various dark magics. His name was Iguanus.

One day, he was meditating in his personal chambers, when he sensed an evil beings death. This being was not as evil as Iguanus, but came close. Iguanus had sensed the death of Devan Shell, enemy of Jazz Jackrabbit. "This 'Devan Shell' can be a perfect ally to my cause," thought Iguanus, as he prepared to make a spell to bring him back to the mortal plane.

In his ritual chamber, Iguanus stood within his magic symbol and chanted an arcane chant. Soon, the symbol glowed, and the spirit of Devan Shell appeared, standing trance-like before his summoner. Soon, flesh gathered around the spirit, and air entered his lungs, and a new pair of spectacles appeared on the turtle's nose. "Eh?" Devan said in shock. "I LIVE AGAIN!!" "Yes," said Iguanus. Devan bowed before the one who brought about his rebirth and said, "I thank you for bringing me back, sir. As a token of thanks, I will pledge my loyalty to you!"

"Excellent!" laughed Iguanus. "Now, let us gather allies and prepare a new attack on the universe. Soon, all will know the power of Iguanus! Ha, ha, ha..."

I really can't see Devan saying "Oh, you brought me back to life, I will do anything you say". He strikes me more as the "Nice empire, I think I'll take it" type.

Well, if you have the power to bring someone back to life I would think you would have the power to influence their actions. I mean, bringing someone back from the dead without even their corpse must be a lot harder than mind control.

I made an outline for the idea of Jazz's first major battle with Iguanus, in fangame format. Anyone who wishes to share some input, please do.

Prolog:
-King Earlong (Eva's father) faces a shadowy enemy, but loses and dies.
-At a party at the castle, Devan and Zoonik crash the party and introduce Iguanus (who had killed the king)
-A few days later, the Queen (Eva's mother) dies from a spell cast by Iguanus. Jazz prepares to fight. Spaz and Lori protect the palace in Jazz's absence.

Cutscene: Jazz sees some of Devan and Iguanus' troops invading Carrotus and goes to intercept them.

Um, this thread seems a little useless, guys. The Characters thread is there for characters. If you're going to write a story in this thread, please do, but don't use it for idle comments.
