Another error, that started with 98 SE. Just like the CP error. Ok, this happens when you start up the pc, and login to the name. I use Windows XP: Home Edition. And this error is a X, not a !

Well there's probably some program trying to run something when you start up.

Go to Start->Run and run "msconfig". Now check through the startup items (last tab). Find whatever is using DLLCMD32.exe and uncheck it. This won't hurt your computer because nothing critical is ever started up in there, and it isn't working right now anyways.

Bam! Problem should be solved now, thanks Link. I didn't think it would hurt the computer, because the error didn't really prevent anything from happening. It was just irritaing.
