Error 777 DUN Modem Related
My modem went evil on me.
Whenever I try to connect to the net now I get Error 777. Something about my modem being out of order. Tech support sites and such say it's because my drivers are incompatible with windows XP and happens when i reinstall my modem. Both are 100% false. I disconnected off the internet, left the PC running through the night (Progress Quest is the best!) and the next day (today) when I tried to connect to the net I get this error. I haven't touched the PC since and I was using drivers supplied by XP anyway (I tried different drivers but get the same problem). I'm posting this out of desperation as my PC is wirthout the internet now (I'm on another PC when posting this), not gonna live another 2 weeks without going online *cringe*

Ummm...heh, nevermind. It started working again just as mysteriously as it stopped working. Got error 619 afterwards though but that was easy to fix. I've been a bit too occupied with fallout to post here saying it's fixed. All is well now
