Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Online

Hey! I got finally got Jazz Jackrabbit 2! I've had and have been playing the shareware version for years until I finally found a place that sold it. Great place. . . great place. . . I'd just like to say hi and I'm proud to be joining "the last stronghould" of Jazz Jackrabbit. This site has an awesome party mode and active friendly (seemingly) members. Oh yeah, I told my friend about JJ2 and he is interested now, and my brother has it now too.

Welcome to the board. You have quite a name.

This place is mostly filled with people who don't actually play much anymore. Be sure to get all of the necessary patches which are conveniently not in any sticky thread if you wish to play online.

I have the regular Full version of Jazz Jackrabbit, Jazz Jackrabbit 2, and TSF now

I'm sooooo happy. Any ideas if anyone can help me "get into the game"? I keep and getting beat down by people.. . . . Any bootcamps? Heh *crosses his fingers* hope there are

Hello. I'm ThO_Odin314, intergalacic crusier and self-proclaimed deputy n00b-helper (quite a long title, huh?).

Anyways, we're glad to have more people on the community. And don't be distracted by the people who call you a n00b; they were once n00bs too.

If you want to learn more, just browse the forums or look in the 'Articles' part of this site; you're bound to learn a lot!

In order to play online, get the 1.23 patch (found on the offical Jazz Jackrabbit 2 site) and get the list server patch. When you get it, click on Europe.reg, even if you live in America. Otherwise, the in-game list server won't work properly. We'll fix the whole thing soon, don't worry.

Also, unless you would like to stick your hand in regedit, download a copy of Jazztool. It'll allow you to customize your fur with colors previously unreachable in the game, add special effects to your name (like color!), and other stuff.

You really should avoid that CLM guy. He will twist your mind until you believe he's a perfectly ordinary individual, and eventually you might even think that he wouldn't instantly ban anyone who doesn't like the levels he hosts all the time. He has even been known to make friends with people. Like, you know, Canadian. Or Piccolo. Evil.

hey, welcome to the jj2 forums and obviously now the game, as everyone has said before me *annoyed* u download the patches at www.jazz2online.com, browse thru there and u might find something interesting.

Also many clans are available to join, DR (like canadian is in) you can join here: www.freewebs.com/dragoon_warrior3000/index.htm
