New Cartoon Point and Click adventure game in progress
I am working on an animated point and click adventure called "Timothy Lande". You play as a young traveler who some how always ends up in some sort of adventure. He some how ends up on an island and finds himself caught up in another adventure...

The buttons are in the bottom left corner and the inventory is at the top of the screen. Move your mouse to these areas to acces these things. |

Especially nice animation. The game cut out after I met the king, though, is that supposed to happen? The gameplay works good except it's difficult to locate the menu and inventory when you first start. The movement also feels "incomplete", as the character stops as soon as he reaches the point you clicked at. It would be better if he stopped when he was centered on the point.

I'm quite suprised to say I enjoyed the graphics. They're quite cartoony, but it just builds on the experience. I assume you are drawing all of the graphics yourself, that could prove to be quite a problem with all that drawing. Some critiques:
- More sound effects, for walking is the most important. - Music will help make current sound effects less... outspoken is the only word that comes to mind - Landing on an island and immediantly meeting the King just standing there is pretty ridiculous Interesting work so far, though.

And don't forget backstory. At the very least, the character could start by screaming "I WAS BORN FROM THE FENCE".

Oh and I had a bit of problem with the volume of the cut scene. Sometimes a character will speak with low volume, then sometiems the volume of the character's voice is a little on the loud side. |
