Question Lovly Connection Probs

Hi

-> I turned his firewall off
-> Forwarded Ports 10052-10054 to my Ip 192.168.0.2

Did you allow both UDP and TCP connections?

If you are certain that your firewalls and router are configured to let JJ2 connections go through, there is something else stopping them. It could be your Internet Service Provider - phone or email them and ask if they know anything about it.
