Although I think the first real user level was probably made by Onag. At least, if you consider him (a beta tester) to be a first user.

You can't say. Not every level is uploaded, perhaps it is a one tile-modified single player level.

Yeah, and Rux0rific was by one of the original level designers. So I'm not sure it should count.

I'd imagine the first was made by someone who had a copy of JJ2 to do a review for a various magezine, website, etc.
