Turbo is not a speed change. It's a difficulty level harder than Hard. It adds 1 HP to all enemies and reduces the time limit to something around 5 minutes...I think.

3 minutes, actually.
Double Dutch said that you have 10 min on easy and 7 on medium, and you don't die when time runs out. On hard and turbo, you do. You get 5 min on hard, but I think there are hourglasses. Medium on JJ2 is normal. Easy on JJ2 adds more carrots. Hard adds more enemies, and changes some of their attacks: Helmuts jump at you, like the lab rats. Uterus at the end of "Marinated Rabbit" has 8 orbs surrounding him, 6 on Medium and 4 on easy. It gives you the most points. ^_^ I scored around 870,000 on hard Single Player. I prefer Medium.

For Jazz1, Medium/Easy is what I always used. The time limit drove me crazy when I tried Hard and Turbo, I like to explore levels and get a lot, not just race through haphazardly.
For Jazz2 Single Player, Hard is still easy. A lot of people can beat the game on Hard and end the game having died 0-5 times and have 30+ lives. That's pretty sad. For good custom levels, though, usually Hard is hard enough.

Turbo is the best by far, the challenge is just great although I have finished Jazz 1 on turbo 24 times ;/

Jazz1 - I play on hard generally, but I can beat turbo. It's just... a lot of stress to beat the highest difficulty in JJ1 (especially Orbitus level 2)
Jazz2 - hard, it's great for getting most points, and because there is no time limit, it actually doesn't get that much harder.

I have played JJ1 on Hard, but it's less enjoyable because there's less time to find everything, especially in places like Turtemple of Slugion where it's hard to find everything on East.

I like Easy on Jazz1, and Hard on Jazz2.

I like JJ1, its easier to see the differences between easy and hard. I don't really have a favourate, I like the exploring you can do on easy, and I like the challenge of hard and turbo [I've only beaten turbo 18 times so far.]
As for JJ2, hard. Definitely.

For some reason I always play Medium on JJ2, although I play on Hard in JJ1 (Turbo doesn't give enough time).

Yes, but the thing is, I'm in Tubelectric, being a perfect like I always am, and in the middle of the level, the 60-second timer appears (pwned).

What is the point of being perfect if you have already done it once?
