You might be able to do it with Microsoft Agent, but I'm not sure.

I think what he means is something like that stupid Bonzai Buddy, only less anoying, more stuff, free of charge, and would look like either Jazz, Spaz, Lori, Eva, or Devan.

I was afraid of that. I even find Clippit or Merlin (MS Agents) to be less annoying. By the way, I just found out that there is a way to program or at least create a program for Microsoft Agent to be like a desktop buddy, like that dreaded Bonzi Buddy*.

http://www.microsoft.com/msagent/ is MS Agent's home page. I don't know if the program is freeware, though.

So now we have to plan what kind of reaction the character makes on certain events.

If I am currently printing something and try to print something without finishing the first job, a bubble should appear over his head with the text: "You're currently printing [name of document] so you can't print that right now, you idiot!"

Well there might be a way to create one, first someone should draw some funny anims or extract the "stand still" ones...

Then add some sounds and text.

And then you are on a roll...

Maybe this is a long shot, but do you think it's possible to have Dean Dodrill help us out?

Mr. Dean Dodrill is too busy to do this, likely. But my suggestion is to find one of these programs that make this cutesy anime character sit on your window. Now, this could be changed to any of the JJ(2) cast.

Bonzi is a b!t(h, also PaperClip.. when ever I open word I know my day is ruined because PaperClip says Hello.

Since this thread was made three years ago and most of the people interested are no longer active, I would say that they can't help you out.

I never asked for inactive members to help me, I asked anyone who is interested to offer help. But I'm sure I will be working on this by myself.

I must be missing something very obvious here, but I just thought I'd ask anyway.

Just in case anyone is interested, I updated the page so that you can now click on what animations you want to see. I also gave Lori a lot more sounds from the game so you can check that out. Like I said this is just a demonstration of what Lori can do. If you want the full version, ASK ME. I also listed what you need in order for the character to run correctly.
