Yes. In fact, it's already out.
It's one of JJ2's BIGGEST SECRETS(next to the fact that Jazz is Green)
Open up jazz2.exe in a hexeditor, search for the string 1.23 (or 1.24 if you have TSF) and change the '3' (or '4') to '5'
Congrats, you have now unlocked the totally useless 1.25 mode.

What you need to do is edit it back to 1.23, although if you did something wrong, even that won't help you. Just get a new Jazz2.exe

Edited back, it still says what isnt a valid WIN32 aplication (whatever its spelled)!

I've already told you the best way: Replace Jazz2.exe
Where did you get JJ2 from? ..or I guess someone could just send it to you.
