I did everythin i opened the ports and did it all 10052-10054 both and i still get the 30 second timeout can someone help me also ive opened ports for other games and they work now but jazz still gives me problems

Are you sure you put in your correct IP address? And are you positive you opened it for both TCP and UDP? There are many ways you can get your IP address. I don't remember exactly what you do, but you can type a command into the Command Prompt that tells you your computer's IP. You could also try JazzForce, which is a hosting and joining program that tells you your IP. It's on J2O, in the downloads section.

I had the same problem. I solved mine by opening ports 1000-3000. So my port openings look like this : 1000-3000, 10052-10058, with 10052 being the trigger.
